What are virtual AI headshots?
They are professional portraits generated from photos you upload online. With ProfileIn, your selfies guide the face and appearance, you choose the backgrounds, and every finished portrait passes a human review.
Do I need to book a photo session?
Sign in with a one-time email code and pay $35 through Stripe. Then upload your selfies, choose backgrounds and leave comments. Our team confirms your references and timing before processing and emails the finished portraits. Team orders are arranged separately by email.
How do you keep the headshot recognizable?
Your reference photos guide face shape, age, skin tone, hair and identifying details. Every final image is checked for likeness, skin texture, facial details and crop. We also review corrected portraits before releasing them.
How many photos do I upload and receive?
Profile Portrait and Team Portraits use exactly 8 recent selfies for 4 finished AI headshots per person. Company Rollout uses 4 selfies for 2 portraits per person. Choose one background for every finished photograph.
What does the $35 price include?
Profile Portrait includes four selected AI portraits, your background choices, human review, full-size JPG files and square profile crops. One correction request for up to two portraits is included within seven days of first delivery. The individual package is a one-time payment.
Can I choose a different background for each portrait?
Yes. Choose from Studio grey, Clean white, Warm beige, Soft office, Outdoor greenery and Dark studio. Use the same background across your set or give each of the four photos a different setting.
How will I receive my finished photos?
We send your finished portraits by ordinary email, as full-size JPGs with 1024 × 1024 square JPG crops for professional profiles. Save the files to your device and keep the full portrait for company bios and websites.
How long does it take?
The individual target is 30 minutes after our team confirms suitable reference photos and timing after payment, with human review included. It is a target, not an SLA. We agree on timing by email before processing and send the finished photos in an ordinary email.
Which selfies work best?
Use recent, sharp photos of yourself alone, with visible eyes, soft light and no beauty filters. Include front-facing views and gentle head turns. Choose JPG, PNG or WebP inputs at least 400 × 400 pixels and up to 12 MB each; the form prepares JPEG copies up to 1 MB each for submission.
How do my hair, glasses and expression affect the result?
Use references that show your current appearance consistently. Leave preferences for glasses, hair, facial hair and expression in the comment box. Inspect the portraits in your delivery email against your references before publishing.
Can I ask for a correction?
Reply to the delivery email with up to two image names and the details you want adjusted. Your set includes one correction request within seven days of first delivery. Corrected portraits receive a fresh human quality check before we email them.
Can I order virtual AI headshots for a team?
Team Portraits covers 5–249 people, with 8 selfies and 4 portraits per person. Company Rollout covers 250–5,000 people, with 4 selfies and 2 portraits per person. Both offer volume pricing, shared background choices and 12 months to use your places. Arrange participation and delivery with us by email.
Where can I use the finished portraits?
Use your chosen portrait for professional profiles, a company biography, a personal website or a speaker introduction. Match the crop and background to the placement, and check the platform or organisation’s image requirements before publishing.
How are my photos handled?
Your submitted photos, backgrounds and comments go to our portrait team for processing. Review the photo privacy page before uploading and email us for a deletion request. Upload your own photos if you are 18 or older, and keep the originals you need.
